and more to our clients, but making lives of people working in firework
industry better by rendering them safer working environment. Apart from

Making of Fireworks - Then And Now
Fireworks are nothing
but products that are used for explosions for producing auditory and
visual effects. Earlier these were made using paper and bamboo tubes in
which grounded charcoal and sulfur was added to produce smoke and fire
flash. However, with the changing time and emergence of better
technology, we aim to manufacture firecrackers that do not cause much
carbon footprint and air and noise pollution. Today, plastic shell,
paper mache, black powder (made of charcoal, sulfur, potassium
nitrate), heavy cardboard, a mixture of suitable chemicals, flash powder
(potassium perchlorate, aluminum and sulfur) for making our immense
collection of fireworks & Celebration Crackers. However, sugar is used for
generating smoke.
Quality Control
Being in the industry for more than nine decades, we have employed over five thousand people
and with this we understand that safety is the only key element that is
required for maintaining the quality of fireworks. Our factor of
quality control does not limit to the safety of our clients and
end-buyers, but to employees. And, for this we have protected our
factory from intruders by:
- Using chain-link fences, steel doors, barbed wire, tamper-proof locks and locked gates.
- Within the factory, several precautions are taken for preventing mishappening.
- Electricity being one of the greatest danger, we prevent the
generation of static electricity and make our workers wear uniforms made
of 100% cotton.
- In situations of any electrical storm or other hazards, we
ensure that work is stopped and workers leave the building immediately.
